USAA Onboarding Campaign

How can we welcome new members in a way that builds excitement, trust, and long-term engagement with USAA from day one?

Overview:
The onboarding campaign is designed to inform and inspire new members to explore and take full advantage of everything their USAA membership offers.

Solution:
The goal is to spark interest and position USAA as their go-to resource for all of life’s needs. This is accomplished through a mix of targeted paid social ads, including static posts and reels, a coordinated email and direct mail cadence, and a dedicated landing page that reassures members they are in the right place for themselves and their families.
